About
A small Dubai office that only does this.
Electric Circle Technical Services LLC prepares electrical shop drawings and carries DEWA applications through to approval, inspection and energisation. No side business, no general contracting.

Drawings and approvals under one roof.
Many projects lose weeks because the drafting office and the submission agent are different companies. A revision goes to one and not the other, the load on the application stops matching the load on the drawing, and DEWA raises a comment nobody wants to own.
We do both. The engineer who calculates your demand draws the single-line diagram, and the same office lodges the file and answers the reviewer. When something changes, it changes everywhere at once.
Our office is at Office No. 2, Al Warsan 3, Bur Dubai, open Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. We work across every DEWA area in Dubai.

What you actually get.
A document checklist before anything is submitted, so the file is complete on day one. A drawing set in DEWA's format, and in your consultant's format where one is involved. A submission that is tracked, with comments cleared by us rather than forwarded to you.
Then the part most people forget: the site inspection. We brief your electrical contractor on what the inspector will look for, confirm the premises is ready, and close observations so the re-inspection is not the third visit.
At handover you get the approval, the inspection records and the final drawing set, in a folder you can pass to a landlord or an auditor.

How we work
Four things we do differently.
One file owner
Your submission is not passed between desks. One person prepares it, submits it, clears the comments and reports back to you.
Drawings and approvals together
The drawings are drafted by the same office that submits them, so the load application, the single-line diagram and the schedule never disagree with each other.
Comments cleared, not forwarded
When DEWA raises a comment we correct the drawing and resubmit. You get a status update, not a forwarded email asking you what to do.
Contractors kept in step
We coordinate directly with your electrical contractor before inspection so the premises is actually ready on the day.
Send the details, get a scope and a fixed fee.
Type of premises, location, and what needs approving. Drawings or an equipment list if you have them.
