Every drawing, every NOC, every comment — cleared.

Electric Circle prepares electrical shop drawings to DEWA standard and carries the submission through review, comment clearing, inspection and energisation. You send the documents once. We handle the rest.

Steps04

How the work runs, start to finish.

STEP 1 OF 4

Send us the details

Trade licence, tenancy or title deed, and whatever drawings exist. A WhatsApp message with photos of the premises is enough to start.

STEP 2 OF 4

Load study and drawings

We build the connected load from your equipment list, calculate demand, and draft the shop drawing set to DEWA standard.

STEP 3 OF 4

Submission and comments

The file is lodged with DEWA. We track it, answer reviewer comments and resubmit until it clears, and keep you updated.

STEP 4 OF 4

Inspection and energisation

We coordinate the site inspection with your contractor, close any observations, and hand over the approval records.

Notes04

Approvals fail on paperwork, not physics.

An incomplete file, a drawing that does not match the load application, a comment nobody answered. Those are the three causes, and all three are avoidable.

One file owner

Your submission is not passed between desks. One person prepares it, submits it, clears the comments and reports back to you.

Drawings and approvals together

The drawings are drafted by the same office that submits them, so the load application, the single-line diagram and the schedule never disagree with each other.

Comments cleared, not forwarded

When DEWA raises a comment we correct the drawing and resubmit. You get a status update, not a forwarded email asking you what to do.

Contractors kept in step

We coordinate directly with your electrical contractor before inspection so the premises is actually ready on the day.

Send the details, get a scope and a fixed fee.

Type of premises, location, and what needs approving. Drawings or an equipment list if you have them.
