What happens after your request
Use the form to prepare a WhatsApp message. Check the details in WhatsApp and tap Send. The farm will use the conversation to agree on a visit time with you.
If your plans change
Reply in the same conversation with your preferred new date and the revised number of visitors. Keep the latest reply handy before setting off.
Bring a question
Use the optional field to ask about walking distance, access for a pushchair, or the dates you hope to see. The farm can advise on your preferred day.

Is there a charge for families?
Family visits are free for adults and children. Send a request with your preferred date so the farm can agree an arrival time.
Can we bring a pushchair?
Tell the farm about the pushchair or any walking requirements in your request. Ask which route and entrance suit your family.
Will we see all five varieties?
The date guide is a way to learn the names and compare their features. Ask the farm what you may see on the day you plan to visit.
What if we need to change the date?
Reply to the existing WhatsApp conversation with your new preferred date. Wait for the farm to confirm before travelling.
Choose a day that suits your group
Decide on a preferred date and count the adults and children joining you. If your group will arrive in separate cars, ask the farm for a meeting point. Share the confirmed time and pin with everyone before leaving home.
