How can I book directly?
Open a tour, choose a departure and guest numbers, then select an enabled payment method. You can submit without WhatsApp.
When is my reservation confirmed?
Only when capacity is secured. Manual requests or requests without capacity stay pending approval. Online payment must be verified before a paid booking confirms.
Can I pay on the tour day?
Yes, when that tour has the option enabled. Read the tour-specific conditions before confirming.
Is online payment live in this ?
No. The clearly labelled simulator demonstrates successful and failed payment flows without collecting card details or money.
Where is my voucher?
A download button appears on the secure reservation page after confirmation. Confirmation messages include the booking reference and a private management link.
How do reviews work?
Online payment is currently unavailable. Contact JGT to arrange your booking.
How can I request a chauffeur?
Submit the chauffeur inquiry form. Your request is saved for the team; vehicle and price details are confirmed separately.
