How do I request a tour?
Choose an experience, select a date, guest numbers and an option, then prepare your WhatsApp request. Send it to JGT Tourism so our team can confirm the details.
Does selecting a date confirm availability?
No. The calendar records your preferred date. JGT confirms supplier availability and the final price before you pay.
Are all displayed prices final?
No. Some existing UAE listings show reference starting prices. New packages are quoted on request. Dates, child rates and selected options can affect your final quote.
Can I request a private tour or guide?
Yes. Tell us your preferred itinerary, language and group size. Suitable arrangements and any additional price are confirmed before booking.
Are transfers included?
Transfer arrangements differ by package. Check your final written quotation for pickup, drop-off and meeting instructions.
Can I combine tours and chauffeur service?
Add experiences to My Trip and share your transport needs. Each activity and vehicle remains subject to confirmation.
What are the cancellation terms?
Terms depend on the supplier, date and ticket option. Obtain the applicable deadline and refund conditions before confirming.
Can I pay online here?
