Planning guide
Use this guide to organise your ideas before requesting a quotation.

A parking bay, a gathering space and a majlis each ask different things of a site. A useful brief explains the purpose first, then the space, appearance and timing.
You do not need a finished design to get in touch. Share what you know and identify anything you would like to discuss.
Send the emirate, area and a site pin. Include photographs from more than one angle.
Note approximate length, width and height. Mark gates, doors and other access points.
Explain the number of cars, guests or intended users and how the space will be used.
Share colour preferences or a reference style. Identify the details that matter most to you.
Tell us your preferred date and any restrictions on access. Availability must be confirmed directly.
Confirm dimensions, materials, inclusions, exclusions, payment terms and timing before agreeing to proceed.
Tick off what you have ready. This checklist stays on this page and does not send anything.
Discuss my requirements
Space · Setting · DetailA few useful photographs
Take a wide view of the area, a view from the entrance and a closer view of any obstacle or restriction. Add approximate measurements separately so they can be read clearly. Your reference style and your site photographs serve different purposes; sending both makes the brief easier to follow.
Include nearby doors, walls, trees and access routes. Explain anything outside the photograph that may affect the available space.
List the decisions you still need help with, from layout and appearance to inclusions and timing. Discuss these before confirming a quotation.
