Choose how to book.

Select a tour, departure, guests and option. Where enabled for that tour, choose online payment or pay on tour day. WhatsApp remains available for additional help.

Availability and confirmation

A confirmed booking secures the selected capacity. Requests requiring approval, or without sufficient capacity, remain pending and do not reserve places. Online bookings hold places temporarily while payment is completed.

Your confirmation

Confirmed reservations receive a booking ID and a downloadable voucher. Notifications are queued automatically. In this private demo, payments are simulated and email messages remain in the admin preview outbox.

Tour-specific terms

Review the cancellation, refund and pay-on-tour-day conditions on the selected tour before submitting. Sample policies must be replaced with JGT-approved conditions before public launch.
